Obviously, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn or defective merchandise with original packaging and tags attached up to 14 days from date shipment was received.

For any reason you feel you have received a defective style, we will accept any imperfect items for full refund or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] if you have any issues with your product quality or submit a return inquiry and we will get back to you ASAP!

Orders with promotional items or gift with purchase (GWP) are eligible for a refund only when the GWP or related items purchased are included; otherwise, only an exchange of merchandise will be authorized.

**Returns are only issued for products bought through the website (qoesch.com) we do not except returns from one of our retailers—you must contact the retailer where your product was purchased for returns or exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


How To Return Your Item(s):

1. Log into the Policy Return Portal using the email address associated with the order and your order number (you can find your order number in your order confirmation email or receipt with purchase) **check your spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation

2. In the Returns Portal, select the item(s) you wish to return, select a reason for your return, and click COMPLETE RETURN.

3. Confirm your refund. This will include taxes and any discounts applied, but exclude shipping costs.

4. Print your prepaid return label and return packing slip. Put the return packing slip in the box with your item(s) and place the return label on the box. Drop the box at your nearest USPS or UPS shipping center.

**You must complete this process within 7 business days of printing your prepaid return label. Your label will expire with not shipped within the week of receiving!

5. If you want to exchange your item(s), follow the same steps as the return portal or contact [email protected] with any questions or special requests.


Once your return is processed, we will email an e-gift card with your store credit for use on a future website order. Merchandise Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is in transit, please allow 3 business days for return processing.

**The Policy e-gift card will be emailed to your email address provided on the order. The code can be entered in the Gift Card box at checkout for your next purchase.

**If you are anxious about exchanging for a size or color and know we sell out quick, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we don't mind holding your exchange for you until your return is processed!


What should I do if I receive the wrong product?


If you received a product different from the one that you ordered— totally our fault, but please understand we are human and busy bees, therefore mistakes will happen, we will do our best to fix it for you!!


**Product photos might have slight variances and will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern placement of colors. All snake, cheetah, or printed patterns will not be exactly the same :)


How To Return A Gift:

Receive a POLICY style as a gift, but interested in a different color or style? No problem, we can exchange it for you! Please note, you have 30 days to return your gifted item(s).

1. The gift giver will not receive notification of the return.

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return, select a reason for your return, and click COMPLETE RETURN.

3. Confirm your refund amount. This will include taxes and any discounts applied, but exclude shipping costs.

4. Print your prepaid USPS/UPS return label and return packing slip. Put the return packing slip in the box with your item(s) and place the return label on the box.  Drop the box at your nearest USPS or UPS shipping center. Retail Store Purchases

qoesch.com does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased.


Shipping Refunds

qoesch.com does not refund shipping charges.


International

We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.


E-gift Card Purchases

E-gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Refunds

Through our returns process, refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a qoesch.com e-gift card.
